Day one
May had been traveling for a week in space since leaving planet Vegeta and she was already starting to feel some Anxiety leaving her mother for so long. She should be ok with it since she was considered an adult by her own mother and the Saiyan law. She knew this but she never was ever gonna get over the anxiety of being alone after her experience in the other universe. But she knew this was vital for the empire her mother was creating and she was gonna make her mother proud even more so that she could show off her little friend. Plus she had the reason to take care of her brother and she could never forget how her mother was the strongest person she knew. One day came back to the ship bloody, broken and at the point of death and the monster that beat her that badly was still out there.
She was suddenly ripped from her thoughts as the ship's computer beeped and alerted her to the fact they were over the first destination that was on her chart. The world was designated VX-345 as an Swamp world and was thought to once have contained a tree of might on it but the inhabited a 100 years ago thwarted it being fully grown. It was an ideal place to look for the Seed of might and hopefully return to Planet Vegeta soon. She had to be careful though as the inhabitants were very aggressive to outsiders ever since.

Breathing deeply May was hiding amongst the old roots of what once was a tree of might that the inhabitants had destroyed years ago. “” Ok may… just don't get caught.”” she whispered to herself as she slowly started to sneak away from the root in the direction of her ship. The day had been terrible from the start as almost immediately she had been caught by the natives and they were tough as they were giant toads. Not all that strong in the grand scheme of things but they were organized and there were alot of them. She was sure by now she had killed more than a few hundred of them but they just kept coming. To make it even worse they were very sneaky and could hide in the water that covered the area of the old broken tree but the entire trip had been a waste. There was no seed here as the damn frogs had eaten them years ago. She had found this out by capturing one and integrating him.
“” Ship… Code VX 455”” she spoke into her control tablet. The code was to recall the ship to her and she waited still crouched behind a different branch and stretched her muscles in her legs getting ready to bolt for the pod as soon as it landed. The crash the pod does during its landing would let every single one of the little frogs know it was there and she needed to arrive first to it. On cue the ship landed 100 feet from her sending a huge wave of swamp water out from its landing site. May did not even wait for the water to stop falling in front of the air before she was sprinting and flying to the pod. The pod had landed on the one piece of dry land in miles so thankfully the interior would not be flooded with swamp water. Just as May was about to reach the pod she felt a primitive spear scrap her back in a shallow but Painful scratch that made her scream out in pain from the wound. Gritting her teeth she kept running for the pod. It seemed to take forever but she made the pod in good time and leaped into the pod. “” GOOO”” She screamed at the pod.
May sighed in relief when the door closed and the pod instantly shot off into space taking her away from the hell hole that she just had come from . May laid her head to the side and closed her eyes as her breathing slowly calmed down before the young woman was fast asleep. Thankfully she did not have to tell the ship where to go next and she was already moving to her next destination.

May was on planet VC 234 today. She was looking through the ruins of a city and following the path of the giant roots that spanned the entire planet. From what she could gather was the tree of might had been planted on this planet and destroyed in its final stages. Unfortunately it had already started to kill the planet and by the time they stopped it the world was nothing but a shell of its former self.
May walked through what once been a store of some sort now fallen to ruin dark and gloomy. The dust weighed heavily in the air and slowly May began to wonder why she hadn't seen a single creature on this planet still alive. There was no bugs or birds and even on war torn worlds there were something left. Why wasn't there here?
""Well I have searched this entire world and there seems to be nothing here. No people or animals of any sort. Why can't I find anything"" it had been two days since she had arrived one the planet and some thing was nagging at her to leave those world. With a sigh she began the return trip to the space pod having discovered nothing.
The trip was long and tiring as she walked to the pod instead of flying to it. She kept studying everything as she went before she suddenly stopped dead in her tracks. Why was she so tired? Not sleepy tired but worn out? She wasn't so tired she couldn't fly but that's how she felt.
She had been searching for only two days! And unlike her mother she only really needed to eat once a week. Though she definitely wanted to eat much more then that to stay content. What was going on here?"" Maybe.. the tree is still draining the world? It would explain why there is not a single thing alive on this world except a few tree. Then I had better leave."" Something was wrong as the tree was dead but still seemed to be drawing the life force for the fruit that would never grow here. Unfortunately that would Include may herself.
By the time the young demon made it back to the ship she was exhausted. But glad to be back at her pod even if it was the small cramped vessel it was. "" I really hope mother knows what she is doing with these seeds she covets so much. I know I should trust her but these trees are dangerous. ""
Slowly she pulled out a small tablet and began to write her report to send back to her mother. This didn't just concern planets that had possible tree of might seeds but also the planets she explored as well. After all, the Saiyans still needed to know what worlds to colonize and conquer. It could have been bad to lose men to the planet she was just on.
"" Dear mother, this planet was another dud. It is also inhospitable as the former tree's roots are still drawing life from the planet. At first I thought that would mean there is a seed but after investigating I do not believe it is so as the roots are dead And still doing there job. It is my belief that something had effected the tree and still resides here. Recommend extreme danger rating.

May was enjoying planet heists. It was a small break to stop and this planet to search for the tree of might. Truth of the matter she was taking a few hours to herself today while he ship was getting maintenance from a shipmaster. It wasent showing any wear and tear but her mother had warned her to get it checked out whenever she could and to not overwork herself.
Well she could say today she was doing just that as she ate some of the food of this planet instead of random animal meat and was gonna sleep in a local hotel. Luckily for her the capsules her mother had given her from earth carried all of her important stuff with her. While this planet was civilized it was still rampant with thieves as it was controlled by the PTO.
Luckily the Saiyan princess was traveling incognito and was not known enough to pose a problem. Currently the PTO knew nothing about the new regime that had taken over the Saiyan empire and did not know how to act to them as a whole. Even still one never knew when word would get around and using that nation to identify herself was probably not the smartest thing to do. "" Let's see.. What is one to do here? Check the local star maps first then maybe the Library?"" She muttered to herself. And After that she should go shopping for some basics for camping as so far her journeys have all been on empty or dangerous worlds.
Sitting up she walked over to the front counter and spoke politely to the man there. She thanked him when she paid for her food and gave a small bow of respect before she left. Mom had taught her to respect everyone, even a market stall food vendor. Everyone had their place in society and only by acknowledging that could a civilization grow without discord.
Walking home through the busy streets was contrasting different than it was on vegeta. Much more people passed by and no one walked around in their little groups or squads. I'm short, saiyans still preferred their own friends a lot and space from one another when possible. She herself preferred more space then what she was being given.
She hoped she could return to planet vegeta sooner rather than later. But she also knew how important this was for her people. It seemed like such a greedy thing for her mother to go searching for power. But if one thought about it deeply the. They would realize that the Saiyans were stuck in the middle between the two great super powers of the galaxy. If they didn't have strength to back it up there were gonna be conquered or wiped out. Mother was the most logical pick to empower. She lived for probally thousands of years and was already the strongest on vegeta.
So lost in her thoughts she was stunned to realize she had made it to the hotel. With a sigh the demoness dug out her key to the room swiped the door to a room and proceeded into the room. She took no time locking the door and flopping down on the bed for the night.

As she flew space may had several dreams or rather nightmares of what could come to pass. One of the most reoccurring nightmares was seeing her mother hurt to the point she looked like death. It always started the same way in all the dreams. It was when May was still a little child or only physically mature as an 8 year old and her sibling and mom were relaxing at a picnic. Well relaxing as watching your mom workout and her running around willy nilly was relaxing. But it is still a good time for her just being with her family. When. Suddenly she could feel the power of her again the Majin Liari.
She could still remember snatching up her baby brother and taking to the air flying for the ship. The air stinging her eyes as she flew faster then she had ever before. She could still remember feeling her mother power up in the distance as she fled her heart beating faster. She remembered the controls to the ship and hit the emergency button that send the ship to the nearest safe moon. It was her mother's plan in order keep them safe until she could come get them. Or to stay roughly out of harm's way until the fighting stop.
It only took her a little bit of time before she arrived back at the space craft and the only home she had ever know she was panicking as she could feel incredibly powers fighting there but she wasent a fool
Her mother was gonna lose and the two of them on there own.
She tried not to cry as she was gonna have to be a big girl now. Quickly she entered the space craft and started to push the buttons her mother had taught her. The ships engines roared to life and the ships computers started to display countless numbers that all were meant to do or means something. But to the little child the ship it was the most complex thing in the world. She looked to see if her mother was flung to her but he ki senses suggested to much but that her mother was —
Suddenly with a Gasp May awoke in her space pod as it hurled through space at breath taking speeds. She had woken so intensely from her dream that never finished but she knew the ending. The ending were her mother was killed by that monster Liari. ** I have to complete my mission no matter what. Mom did you ever have to do things like this? Fight monsters like lIari** she could only impinge what her mother had done in her long life span.
Looking at her ship computer she saw she still had over a week before she arrived st her next planet. She knew she had to search out the planet grubbub. It was a frozen world that many people stopped at in order to resupply there ships and that made it a great mail drop off as well. The teen smiled at the idea of sending mail to her mother using hidden magic.

May stood overlooking the group that had attacked her while she was traveling on an unknown world that had looked to have a large tree on it. The strange part was the planet had been nothing but a barren desert on the surface of it and May had assumed the tree was the cause of it. But after arriving at the tree she had learned the tree was actually keeping the planet alive. The roots of the tree acted like an underground ecosystem that gathered water from the mostly waterless world and was inhabited by an advanced species.
(Alien POV)
Ramien was an older slaver who had survived many years thanks to his instincts and right now they were all blaring the alarm at a rate he had never felt before. Where did this raid all go wrong he could not wonder to himself. They had spotted an unknown alien walking the sands near the Ard tree and thought they had scored big time as the target was of amazing quality . She was an amazing beauty and an alien to boot! Alien females always sold more on the market underground as they tended to live longer lifespans than the females of his own race. The planet was harsh and the weaker female species were always forced into servitude as they could not protect themselves without a stronger male.
At least that was what he had thought before this very moment. This very moment he and the remaining members of his slaver group were prostrating themselves in front of the female they had abused not even a minute ago. Upon emerging from the ground to attack her she reacted immediately and fired off a red blast before any of them could get close to her. The resulting devastation caused by the attack she had casually sent their way had left a large crater where Toast's squad had been.
“”Please don't kill us! We were wrong!!”” they begged the Warrior pitifully. They didn't even know if it understood them as it had not said a word since it had attacked but merely stared at them all as they froze in fear at the death of Toast. All of them trembled as the female warrior stared at them coldly, her eyes showing not a hint of emotion as she begged. Until the moment she finally did show emotion to the begging slavers. A sinister smile crossed her face and in that moment Ramien knew he was gonna die at the hands of a female. It was normally a shame to be killed by a female but this was insanely powerful. He knew without a doubt this monster could wipe out his entire species in a blink of an eye. The last thing he saw was that smile as he died being so weak that he could not even follow the movement that fired off a blast that killed them all.
(Mays Pov)
May could understand the aliens she had just killed perfectly and had waited until they all had spilled their guts to her. They had begged her not to kill them but a few of them had apologized for trying to enslave her. If these men were enslavers then they had done this before to other countless victims and killing them would be a good thing. May was not her mom as she more then likely would ignore them as she could not be harmed by them but May was a different story. May believed in preventing things before they happen if she knew it was gonna happen. Why wait for them to commit murder and slavery again? It did not matter as she turned in the direction of her ship to leave this planet.

May stood on a world she never thought she would visit since it had such an ill reputation. The world belonged to the planet trade organization and not just any planet but a hub. Many of the people here knew that the Saiyans had rebelled vs the USD and had created their own empire. It was odd but traveling around the city it had been surprising to see her and her mother face all over the billboards as the new royal Family. She herself was pretty lucky that she knew just enough magic to alter her appearance slightly and it helped most to think she was a Saiyan. It was an interesting thing to overhear what the people of the PTO thought of the new Saiyan empire.
Most Of the people thought the Saiyans should have done it a long time ago but had been too afraid to until now and most laughed at that thought. Many others merely thought they were under the USD thumb until now. But the ones that really scared May were the ones that whispered rather than shouted what they were thinking. If it was not for her ears she would not be able to hear them whisper how this was an opportunity for the PTO. The Saiyans were no longer part of the USD and that meant the USD was weakened and distracted by the Saiyans. They could use this opportunity to attack several smaller garden worlds and then sell. Still some were worried that they would be fighting the Saiyans soon for a portion of the Galaxy and that was actually very true. Her mother was already sending out Envoys with offers of protection to many planets or Mercenary companies. It was without a doubt edging to a fight with the PTO and May was hoping they had longer for all of her mothers plans to come to fruition.
Glancing to the left of where she was sitting she saw her contact coming closer to her and was surprised to see a changeling himself coming to her. She had contacted a information broker to try to find out more about a possible seed of the tree of might but she had not expected it to be a changeling. The alien wasted no time sitting down across from her in the bar and smiling at her his expression unreadable as she studied him. “” So my little princess, what are you doing all the way out here? Ohh don't worry i am not reporting you. The short sighted fools at the top would try to arrest you and start a war almost immediately with the Saiyan empire. Why would that end by driving them back into the arms of the USD and we definitely don't want you guys being friends again. “” he left little room to talk back and spoke with a confidence she wished she herself had. This alien already knew who she was even disguised and the spoke volumes about why he was an information broker.
“” We'll take this paper. It is what you paid for though I do think you are chasing shadows. If it was so easy to find a tree of mighty seed then many more people would do it don't you think? Regardless, in that paper are coordinates of all the worlds that have the legend of the tree of might and a few other places that we think have them. “” He was casual as he spoke to her and unless someone could hear him they would think the two of them were just hanging out.
May smiled and accepted the paper at the same time she reached over and handed him a small bag of money for the paper. It was such a simple exchange between her and a professional that she could not help but admire the way he did it so seamlessly. “” Thank you frozen. If i need more info i will make sure to come to you.”” with that said the Saiyan princess stood up and left the bar.
